Weddings, vow renewals and naming ceremonies crafted from your story — by Victoria Reynolds, celebrant and qualified coach.
I'm Victoria Reynolds — a celebrant and qualified coach based in the Midlands, working with couples and families across the UK. Every ceremony I create is written from scratch, built around your story, your humour, and the things that make your relationship yours.
"No templates. No filler. Just your words, given the ceremony they deserve."
And because I'm also a qualified coach, I bring something a little different — I'm here for the emotional landscape of these moments, not just the words on the day.
More about meA fully bespoke ceremony written from scratch — for every couple, every style, every kind of day.
Marking a milestone, celebrating hard-won love, or simply saying it again — properly.
A meaningful welcome for a new life — reflecting your values, your people, your family.
Qualified relationship coaching — before, during, or entirely separate from a ceremony.
Every ceremony starts with a conversation. Here's what working with me looks like from your first message through to your day.
A relaxed, no-obligation call — usually 30–45 minutes. I want to hear about you, your relationship, and what you're imagining. No forms, no pressure. Just a proper conversation.
Once you're booked in, I send a detailed questionnaire and we meet as many times as it takes. I ask about your story, your humour, the things only you would say to each other. The more you share, the better the ceremony.
I write your ceremony entirely from scratch. You'll receive a first draft well ahead of your day — then we refine it together until every word feels exactly right. There's no limit on changes.
I arrive early, I'm calm so you can be calm, and I hold the whole thing together — so you don't have to think about anything except each other. This is the part I love most.
I'll send you a keepsake copy of your ceremony script — yours to keep forever. And if you'd like ongoing support through coaching, I'm here for that too.
A registrar makes your marriage legal — and they do that beautifully. But a celebrant creates the ceremony. The part your guests will talk about for years. The part that makes everyone in the room feel something true.
There's no script, no standard running order, no words you didn't choose. Just your story, told in the way only you could tell it.

"The ceremony felt completely, unmistakably us. Every word landed exactly right."

Get in touchCelebrant, qualified coach, and firm believer that your ceremony should sound exactly like you.
Wedding celebrant, qualified coach and someone who genuinely loves getting to know people and their stories.
People have always been at the heart of what I do.
For most of my career, I've worked with people — getting to know them, asking questions, listening properly and understanding what really matters to them. Becoming a coach took that even further and taught me how powerful the right conversation can be.
And somewhere along the way, I realised those are exactly the things that make a great celebrant too.
Because the best ceremonies aren't built from a template. They come from the little details. The stories everyone knows. The ones only the two of you know. The people who matter. The moments that have brought you here.
My job is to take all of that and create a ceremony that feels personal, relaxed and completely yours.
"I don't want your ceremony to sound like a wedding ceremony. I want it to sound like you."
Vow & Verse brings together everything I love: people, stories, connection and creating moments that matter.
I'm based in Nottingham and work with couples and families across the Midlands and beyond, creating weddings, vow renewals and naming ceremonies from scratch. No generic scripts. No copy-and-paste love stories. Just a ceremony built around the people at the centre of it.
Being a qualified coach shapes the way I work as a celebrant. It means I know how to ask good questions, really listen and make people feel comfortable enough to tell me the stories that will make their ceremony theirs.
And if there are nerves, complicated family dynamics, different ideas about the ceremony or simply a lot of emotion around the day — I'm comfortable with that too.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say or how you want the ceremony to look.
We'll work it out together.
Let's talk about your ceremonyNo two couples, families or stories are the same. Your ceremony shouldn't be either.
Your story. Your people. Your ceremony.
There's no formula for a Vow & Verse wedding.
We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about how you met, what you love about one another, the people who matter and all those little stories that make your relationship yours. Then I'll turn it into a ceremony that feels warm, personal and completely natural — with plenty of room for laughter, emotion and the unexpected bits that often become the best bits.
Want readings, music, family involvement or a symbolic element such as a sand ceremony or handfasting? Brilliant. Prefer to keep things beautifully simple? That works too.
And if you're writing your own vows but don't know where to begin, I'll help you find the words without ever putting words in your mouth.
Because your story didn't end at "I do".
Whether it's been five years or fifty, a vow renewal is a chance to celebrate everything that's happened since the first time you made those promises.
Perhaps you're marking an anniversary, celebrating a new chapter or simply looking at each other and thinking, we'd choose this all over again.
We'll create something that reflects the relationship you have now — the adventures, the family, the challenges, the in-jokes and all the life that's happened in between. It can be intimate and understated or a brilliant excuse to gather everyone you love and celebrate all over again.
A very special hello to someone very loved.
A naming ceremony is a beautiful way to welcome a child into your family and celebrate the people who will be part of their life.
There are no rules about what it needs to look like. We can include promises from parents, guideparents or grandparents, readings, music, symbolic moments — or create something completely different.
Whether you're welcoming a new baby, celebrating an adoption or bringing families together, I'll create a ceremony built around your family, your values and your story.
You don't need to know exactly what you want yet. That's what our first conversation is for.
Let's have a chatAs a qualified coach as well as a celebrant, I can offer a little extra support when you need it.
Getting married is exciting. But it can also bring nerves, expectations, family dynamics and some surprisingly big conversations.
It isn't counselling, and it certainly isn't something every couple will need. It's simply a confidential, relaxed space to talk things through with someone who already understands you, your relationship and the day you're creating.
Perhaps you hate being the centre of attention. You're worried about saying your vows. Family relationships are making things complicated. Or the whole thing has simply started to feel a little overwhelming.
We can take some time away from the planning and talk it through.
Writing your own vows can suddenly feel very daunting when you're staring at a blank page.
I can help you work out what you really want to say, find the stories and sentiments that matter, and give you the confidence to put them into your own words.
I won't write your feelings for you. I'll help you find them.
If you'd like some space to think about the marriage as well as the wedding, we can do that too. A coaching conversation gives you time to talk about what matters to you both, what you want from this next chapter and what you want to carry forward together.
No problems required.
Extra support can be added to your celebrant package or booked separately. Get in touch and we can talk about what would be most useful for you.
Let's have a chatNo such thing as a silly question. If yours isn't here, just get in touch.
